Techies4tech.ai is hiring a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to build and advance agentic AI systems with a focus on reliable orchestration and production-ready LLM workflows. This role centers on applying strong Python engineering skills to multi-agent systems and LLM / RAG pipelines. The position is suited to someone operating at a senior level across design, implementation, and iteration of agentic AI capabilities.
• Agentic frameworks — target L8 (Adv), must-have • Multi-agent orchestration — target L7 (Adv), must-have • LLM / RAG pipelines — target L7 (Adv), must-have • Python — target L8 (Adv), must-have • Evals & guardrails — target L7 (Adv), nice-to-have • Message queues — target L5 (Prof), nice-to-have • AI Build capability — validated by a live work-sample • Working AI leverage — observed and scored, never assumed • 5–8 years of relevant experience
Design, build, and improve agentic AI solutions using Agentic frameworks and Python. Develop and maintain Multi-agent orchestration patterns that support reliable agent collaboration and task flow. Implement and refine LLM / RAG pipelines for application use cases that depend on retrieval and language model reasoning. Contribute to the quality and robustness of these systems, with Evals & guardrails and Message queues as useful added experience where applicable.
