Define, promote, and uphold engineering standards and best practices across frontend work. Contribute to scalable frontend planning and provide technical leadership and mentoring where needed. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align frontend technical direction with broader delivery needs, and support adoption of AI-assisted coding tools where relevant.
