SENIOR AI DEVELOPER (FULL-STACK) Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent Department: Engineering – Software & QA Experience: 7+ Years As a Senior AI Developer, you will lead the development of AI-powered capabilities across our hiring platform. You will design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows using modern AI frameworks, LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automation, and cloud-native technologies. You should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and AI technologies while using modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and OpenAI Codex to accelerate development.

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows. Build AI features for candidate matching, resume parsing, interview automation, candidate scoring, assessments, and hiring recommendations. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source models into production applications. Design and implement AI Agents using modern agent frameworks. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings. Develop scalable backend APIs and AI microservices. Build responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js. Integrate external APIs, HR systems, ATS platforms, and third-party AI services. Optimize prompts, inference performance, latency, and AI application reliability. Develop secure, scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. Review AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven features. Implement testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
