Lead service transition and program management activities for transition initiatives. Manage incumbent transition work to support an orderly transfer of services and responsibilities. Coordinate bilingual English and French communication across transition-related activities. Support knowledge transfer, cutover, stabilization, stakeholder coordination, and planning activities where needed.
