The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful project delivery within established timelines and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate project status, progress, and risks to leadership and clients. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate project meetings. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Implement change management processes and resolve project-related challenges. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, project risks, and competing deadlines. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. Experience with enterprise IT implementations, system upgrades, or digital transformation projects. Experience managing vendors, project budgets, and executive-level reporting. Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
